About The Chef: Denny Samuels

 

Denevol Samuels is a proud chef, born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

 

He has practiced as a food and pastry chef for over 30 years, working for known pastry stores such as Bread and Chocolate, and the Water and Pastry Shop.

 

It was in 2006 that he founded Weakness for Sweetness, because of his love of food and baking, and a strong desire to have a restaurant and bakery for himself

 

Now in business for over 7 years, and featured in places such as the Gazette and Washington Post, Denevol "Denny" Samuels, has cemented himself in the area among customers, as the go-to place for specialty cakes, and delicious Jamaican food.
